A SECURE WEEKLY TIME SLOT
We offer blocks of a minimum of 3 hours weekly use of a fully maintained talking therapy room. We appreciate how inconvenient it feels waiting by the door at change over. For this reason slots include 15 minutes at each end so that clinicians have enough time to vacate the room for the next professional.
This means a 3 hour slot between 8-11am will start at 7.45am until 11.15am. Fixed slots guarantee full access to the same therapy room every week. Fees are charged monthly in advance.
AD-HOC SESSION RENTAL
Additional ad-hoc hours (60 mins) can be booked subject to therapy room availability. As clinicians are not expected to make an ongoing commitment to a regular number of hours weekly, it may not be possible to have the same consulting room each time when booking ad-hoc sessions. Ad-hoc hours are billed at the end of each month.

Oxford Therapy Rooms are situated in the prestigious High Street of Oxford, within walking distance of the train station and main bus links. The centre comprises waiting area and fully equipped talking therapy rooms on the second floor of a traditional listed building.
DOCUMENTATION
Therapists must be able to provide evidence of:
- Professional Insurance
- Copies of all qualifications received
- Membership of accrediting body
TALKING THERAPY ROOM HIRE FEES
Room fees range between £11 to £15ph. Please get in touch to discuss your needs and our packages.
